Some of these cards were made with the Winter Frost paper stack and some I printed from the Winter Frost DSP which I downloaded onto MDS. The bottom of the card on the left was embossed with the new Stylish Stripes embossing folder and it made a lovely simple border. I love the blue-greens of this Stampin' Up range.
Stampin' Up Whisper White cardstock looks really elegant next to the Island Indigo doesn't it? The background was done with the Stylish Stripes embossing folder, embossed once and then turned the opposite way and embossed again, resulting in a crossed pattern. The rosette was made with the Stampin' Up Designer Rosette die and topped with a clay blossom.
The Stampin' Up Christmas Collectibles set is a quick way to make a card especially if you use the matching Christmas Ornament punch.
The sentiment again was printed using MDS and cut out. The paper is from the Winter Frost paper stack and the silver ribbon is 1/8 inch ribbon from the Holiday catalogue.
This card is one of my favourites. It uses the Stylish Stripes embossing folder. I cut strips of DSP and cardstock the size of the gap and alternated this with some more silver ribbon. I used the same MDS sentiment on this card as above.

The new Smokey Slate goes beautifully with the new Coastal Cabana. I am using a lot of tone on tone this season ie. mounting a Matt onto the same colour card.
This one uses scraps of the leftover DSP and has some scored lines using Stampin' Up's Simply Scored tool. The sentiment again was printed from MDS and mounted onto the card front. These last three cards look best cut from an A4 sheet of card longways instead of across.
