Saleabration 2016 bits and pieces

With my next workshop looming I didn't have enough time to play with the free sets I got as part of Saleabration. So I just did a few samples using each set. First set was What I Love. It is a two or three step stamp set. I embossed the outline stamp in white and the stamped the filler with Rose Red. Then using a Real Red marker I

Flowering Fields. Wasn't that keen n this until I started playing and now I am enjoying it so much. It can be used as an outline stamp like the one above or coloured using markers or ink m

So simple. I just embossed it on Tip Top Taupe and then gave it some detail with a Early Expresson marker. Lovely!

 

Botanical Garden bundle

Love, love, love this bundle It will have to be one of my all time favourites. At first I only ordered the dies, trying to be frugal but then I kept thinking how useful the stamps would be to give detail and depth so I ended up giving in and getting the stamps as well. Wish I had not tried to be good in the first place as for an extra $2 I could have got the matching DSP as well. Being careful is definitely overrated! I got lots of ideas from the net before starting and then mixed and matched them so I am not sure who to give credit to for what! There are so many ideas out there for this set.
